Rebecca's Feast provides fresh, home-cooked meals for time-starved families, busy professionals, new & expecting parents, those on medically-restricted diets or desiring weight loss/management, and anyone who desires delicious, healthful meals in the comfort of their own home!

1. Following the complimentary consultation to assess your dietary needs and culinary preferences, I create a menu to fit your requests.

2. On your scheduled cooking date I shop for the freshest ingredients and bring them to your kitchen along with all necessary cooking equipment. 

3. At the conclusion of my cooking day, your food will be packaged as you requested and conveniently labeled. Your Menu will include specific heating/defrosting directions as well as serving suggestions.
